COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mahr’s Brau Ungespundet Hefetrub It pours with a big, creamy, long-lasting, head; has a golden-bronze color; a wonderfully fresh, perfumy; hop aroma; a remarkably smooth, almost oily, malty, palate; very fresh flavours; and a spritzy finish. It is beautifully balanced, but leans to the dry side. This is a delicious, appetising beer and a true taste of Germany’s fast-vanishing artisanal tradition.

Bottle pours a clear copper with a large off-white head. Aroma of grassy bitter hops, grain, dry bread, caramel, and malt. Taste of sweet caramel malts into dry bitter hops with some yeast and bread on the finish. Simple but very drinkable and enjoyable.

Pours with a pronounced, slightly off-white top. Fizzling, indicating good carbonation. Top diminishes quite quickly. Pours golden, going to bronze after a while. Aroma is very strong upfront malts, some hops in the background. Palate is slightly oily, very full, going to a nice sweet taste, which is quickly replaced in to a gentle, dry finish. This is a very fine lager!

At craft and Draft, pours an orange with small to medium white head. Notes of corn, light fruit, sweet malt and dough.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly crisp and golden, with fluffy white foam, relatively irregular. Aroma is bready, a little herbaceous, hay. Body is medium-light with moderate carbonation. Taste is sweet at the very first sip, though some bitterness rises as you taste the beer in your mouth. Also some carbonation tickling the tongue. Finish is relatively short.

W smaku ponownie kwiatowość, drożdże i leciutka goryczka w posmaku. Fajne wspomnienie wyjazdu.

A properly hazy orange-gold with a small thick head. Grassy aroma. Dry malty flavor with a clean bitterness. Nice, quenching, unfiltered lager.

Bottle. Aroma is filled with mild hops- grass and Mandarines. Taste has a full grain profile and a minor bitterness. Palate is slightly overcarbonated for my preference. Good but not my fav beer style.

Bottle. Copper. Very good head. Aroma and taste: yeasty, fruity, grassy, grainy, a little bit spicy and hoppy. Pleasingly bitter. Medium carbonation. Very süffig. I like.
