Bottle looks very simple but okay. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, light sourish, hoppy-dry. Some light metallically notes. But quite drinkable. Okay.

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 4.9%. Pale golden colour, moderate white head. Nice hoppy aroma, notes of newmown grass and herbs. Light bodied, but still with some detectable malts. Medium dry flavour, well hopped throughout, herbal notes, distinctly bitter finish.

Tap at the brewery. Clear yellow color with white head. Aroma is noble hops, earthy, sweetish malts. Taste is the same, medium bitter finish. Quite a clean Pils. Obviously well-made, but not my type of beer, it’s a bit boring.

Hell gelb, relativ klar, wenig weißer Schaum, leicht hopfig in der Nase, solides mundgefühl, bittere im Abgang, gefolgt von leichter süße, etwas Pils untypisch

On bottle from Vinmonopolet Norway, on order. Clear golden color, good foam. Light aroma intensity; some fruitiness, light hops. Light body & complexity . Good bitterness and balance. Pretty ok beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The_Osprey (7731) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 12, 2016
Bottle at home in Richmond. This is now marketed as ’Mahrsbrau Pils’, which made it harder to find. Pale yellow, clear, still, small foamy white head. Aroma is crackers, banana notes. Body is smooth, frothy, soft carbonation. Taste has light malt sugars, banana, crackers, white pepper. Simple and thin. Just OK.
