When we expanded our brewery the stress was something to say the least. I ran out of creative juice for a minute so decided another for inspiration. Another One IPA and Weez use the same hops but different malts. The result- Another One is very light in color, and Weez is very dark. Each, however, allow the hops to shine out front.

Tasted on 6/12/14 from a capped 500mL bottle purchased at Bangor Wine and Cheese. Pours cloudy pale orange/yellow with a thick white head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is really focused on the grassy, herbal, and lightly fruity hops with a touch of white bread. The flavor is a bit more grapefruit and general citrus peel forward with a touch of bitter dankness as well. The body is medium with average carbonation and a long green herbal and bitter grapefruit peel hops finish.

Nice straw color and citrus nose is followed by complex citrus flavors that may include mango, pineapple and grapefruit. Very smooth and flavorful with only slight bitterness on the finish.

Bottle. Hazy blonde colour with a small white head. Fruity aroma, tropical fruits, with a touch of spice. The mouthfeel is very smooth, with loads of tropical and citrus fruits, a bitter finish, but very pleasant and smooth. Lovely.

Draft at Blend in Hamilton, NJ. Light golden color. Small frothy white head. Fragrant, spicy hop nose. Upfront, light biscuit malt and earthy hops. Notes of grass and citrus in middle. Subtle dry pine notes in finish. Easy drinking and smooth. Stress free and worthy of another.

APPEARANCE- cloudy, super bright color and clearly unfiltered. Golden straw color. Head is pure white as the drive snow and has large bubbles. (I don’t know what drives large vs small bubbles.) NOSE- lightly resinous, and hints of tropical fruitiness. FLAVOR- lightly bodied, light hop flavor and light malt backbone to build on. NOTES- thoroughly drinkable! Great for a medium-hot Saturday afternoon in MA. Lighter beer than I expected from a brewery from the great white North, but it is an excellent brew and perfect for today. Well deserving of 100.

Sample at Bobs Bar during the Taste of the Coast with Maine Beer Company event on 05/17/2017. The beer pours a hazy golden color with a medium fluffy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tropical fruit, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, piney hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Solid IPA all around.
