Our East Coast version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.

Bottle @ home. Pours orange with a big white head. Aroma is earthy, citrus, pine, light malt. Flavor is mostly pine and citrus with some good malt background. Nice beer.

Pours golden orange with a massive rocky head and good lacing. Aroma is huge grapefruit and medicinal herbs (rosemary, echinacea). Flavor is massively fruit and floral on the start, big piney notes blend with rose hips, hibiscus. Theres a vitamin/herbal/medicinal second part to the flavor, again floral notes underlay fruit flavors, with just a bit of alcohol in there to balance it out. Very pleasant and bright, not overly-sweet. Thanks to Duffman for sharing!

Bottle shared at Daves tasting. Pours a hazy golden orange with a white head. Pleasant aroma of citrus with grapefruit being the most prevalent. The flavor is citrusy with a fairly weak malt backbone. A soapy flavor emerges at the finish and actually feels a bit soapy on the palate as well. I enjoy hoppy beers but Im not a fan of this one.

Poured from bottle at the Monkeys Paw. Cloudy yellowish orange. Aroma is incredible - floral fruity citrus hoppy happiness. Taste is sweet with amazing citrus orange and lemon flavors. My wheelhouse IPA. Incredible.

Really fantastic IPA. Hazy orange pour with plenty of white bubbles. Pine and citrus in the nose. Definitely a hop bomb with lots of bitterness through out. Plenty of malt sweetness and tropical tastes to balance it out. Nice.

Bottle. Pours light tan with a white head. I mostly got fresh orange and spruce in the nose and in the taste. I dont get these guys in Ohio so id never heard of them until my cousin in New York gave me one. They talked it up pretty big so I think I was expecting more. Id definitely grab one if I saw it though.

Big, effervescent citrusy aroma. Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice aroma. Nice slightly bitter citrus flavors, with a nice, dry, slightly bitter finish. The malt backbone is very subtle, making this drink fairly light. The aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Draught @ Brewery: This one pours a hazy orangish color. There was a finger or so of head on it, and left lots of lacing. The aroma is nice. Lots of different tropical fruits, with some citrus thrown in too. The taste is also quite good. A good hope bite to it, with some citrus notes. Followed by a decent malt body with a touch of the sweetness trying to come through. Another solid beer from them!
