COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

From Tap, pours extremely light in color. Head was modest with little lacing. Overall excellent. Another great ale from Maine brewing, seems like they can do no wrong.

Bottle dated 9/13/16. Poured a hazy yellow with over a fingers worth of foamy white head. The smell was all lemony hops with a bit of bready sweetness. The flavor is very balanced with lemon, some pepper, and earthiness. The feel is very crisp, medium, and finishes dry. This is an excellent Pale Ale. Doesn’t try to do too much but does everything it needs to right.
