COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

On tap. Hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma citrus hops, hay. Medium-light body, lightly carbonated. Mildly bitter flavor, fresh grassy and citrus hops, bit of malt, off-dry finish. Decent. Perhaps not completely fresh when I had it.

Bottle dated 9/13/16. Poured a hazy yellow with over a fingers worth of foamy white head. The smell was all lemony hops with a bit of bready sweetness. The flavor is very balanced with lemon, some pepper, and earthiness. The feel is very crisp, medium, and finishes dry. This is an excellent Pale Ale. Doesnt try to do too much but does everything it needs to right.

Pours a nice amber from a tap, big piney and cirusy hop nose and flavor supported by a caramelly malt backbone. Pretty good beer.

On tap, hazy yellow pour, smelled and tasted spicy, odd soapy and pepper taste that overshadowed the crispness, aight ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a large, foamy white head. Floral hop aroma. Taste is light malt sweetness up front but primarily bready with light citrus and mild pine. Somewhat bitter finish. Light body. Lively carbonation.

Tap into a snifter showing well filtered yellow with a half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows lemon and pineapple on a light bed of malt. The palate is moderately carbonate and light bodied. Light flavors of lemon and pineapple with an equally light bitterness. Simple pale ale.

On tap at SLL tasting and 500ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy bright straw color with a 2 finger bright white head. Retention is excellent and there are many spotted chunks of lacing. Smell is grapefruit, lemon, orange and floral/grassy hops. Taste follows suit with a slight twang on the finish reminiscent of a wheat beer. Feel is light, crisp, refreshing and very drinkable.
