COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

Blonde pâle et légèrement voilée, coiffée d’une mousse immaculée qui dure un bon bout de temps. Au nez, des arômes de houblon floral à souhait et citronné semblent occuper toute la place. Des effluves maltées viennent me contredire. En bouche, c’est évidemment amer, c’est poivré et c’est quelque peu résineux. Une belle impression en bouche malgré sa minceur. Encore une fois, merci Louis. (Embout. 26 oct ’12) (506-030113)

Cloudy amber beer, big off white head. Light semi crisp palate. Mild seltzer minerals. Mild piney hops with an undertone of sweet tropical fruits. All really well joined up. Finishes semi dry with mild bitterness. A corker of a 5.5% APA. Lovely!

50cl bottle: pours a clear bright golden with a large froth of clingy lacing white head. Has a fresh piny hop nose with a clean pale malty sweetness. Starts with good fullness and effervescence with a light malty sweetness and good resiny hop bitterness and lemon citrus flavors before a drier crisp bittersweet finish. True to style and incredibly drinkable.

From notes - Sample of hazed, pale pastel yellow with full white head. Nose is light, soft, but crisp hop and bitter. Clean... Flavor is light and crisp, fruity, with lemon and light berry notes. Bitter, light sweetness, light grass. Very light body and super drinkable. Really nice, but would’ve like more hop character perhaps.

Small batch special, this is what American pale ale is all about! This is a beer that delivers strong citrus hoppy taste up front and finishes clean and crisp. I’ll remember this one!

4oz taster at Rustico - Alexandria. Poured a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was some citrus hops, a touch of resin. Flavor had some nice hop notes - a touch of dry honey notes. Pretty refreshing.
