COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

Bottled, pours hazy dark yellow, white head, little to no lacing. Aroma is light hops, lemony citrus. Flavor is light, just hoppy enough, and really well balanced. Mouthfeel is very smooth, and if this beer was cheaper, would be a fantastic 4-season session ale. Really good stuff for a first try from these guys!

Bottle at home. Pour is beautifully clear golden color in appearance with a two-finger white head; amazing clarity, really reminds me of a pilsner. Citrusy, fruity, somewhat floral aroma; biscuit, bread, orange, and honey. Taste is grapefruit peel, flowers, straw, somewhat grassy, and bready with a medium bitter finish. Another great pale ale from these guys and one I wish I could easily obtain.

Bottle from Grand Cru Rhinebeck. Bottled 12-21-12 Pours a slightly hazy yellow with at short, tight, greenish white head. Steady carbonation. Light bodied. Consumed in my basement during winemaking and a general cleaning session. I totlaly enjoy the simplistic labeling. Thin line of upfront hops cover the malt body with ease. Lacing is so tight......how tight is it? That it looks like a vertical extension of the head! You perverts! Chainsaw fixed!

Blonde pâle et légèrement voilée, coiffée d’une mousse immaculée qui dure un bon bout de temps. Au nez, des arômes de houblon floral à souhait et citronné semblent occuper toute la place. Des effluves maltées viennent me contredire. En bouche, c’est évidemment amer, c’est poivré et c’est quelque peu résineux. Une belle impression en bouche malgré sa minceur. Encore une fois, merci Louis. (Embout. 26 oct ’12) (506-030113)

Cloudy amber beer, big off white head. Light semi crisp palate. Mild seltzer minerals. Mild piney hops with an undertone of sweet tropical fruits. All really well joined up. Finishes semi dry with mild bitterness. A corker of a 5.5% APA. Lovely!

50cl bottle: pours a clear bright golden with a large froth of clingy lacing white head. Has a fresh piny hop nose with a clean pale malty sweetness. Starts with good fullness and effervescence with a light malty sweetness and good resiny hop bitterness and lemon citrus flavors before a drier crisp bittersweet finish. True to style and incredibly drinkable.

On tap at High Dive. Pours lightly hazed pale golden with white head. Aromas of citrusy hops and some light malts. Flavors of lemon, citrusy hops, light malts, and some resiny notes. Nice clean pale ale.
