Tap. This beer was a pleasant surprise. Great hop flavor with prominent malty undertones. Quite good.
Light pale yellow. Grassy lemon aroma. Starts wellreally intense filling carb. Soft and dense. Creamy almost. Finish is old cardboard. Sweet citrus at first. Decent

500 ml bottle. Pale straw gold color is lightly hazy. Rocky white head. Nice lacing. Fragrant citrusy malt nose. Light citrus malt flavor is clean and crisp. Some yeastiness on the palate as well. Notes of hay and grassy hops. Light bitterness in middle. Dry lemon peel hop finish. Refreshing, but pricy. Ernest (7695) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUN 3, 2017
Draft. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (lemon oil, grapefruit, grass, melon), with a note of Smarties candy. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Pretty nice, if unexciting. Citrusy-grassy hop nose isn’t my favorite sorta hop bouquet, but it’s pleasant enough. Good bitterness makes it easily quaffable, maybe a little too much citric acidity for me, but it’s well balanced overall. OsuStu (262) - - APR 16, 2017
Draft. Very hazy light yellow. Aroma is like a lemon dish soap after added to water with just a little yeast. Soapy white head. Very light lemon, a little funk, a little spice and pepper, juicy. Wonderful outdoor summer beer.

Alright, here we have our first happy hour offering today. The fresh and frisky Peeper Ale from freshly ascendant Maine Beeer Co., who have made a couple of my recent very favorites. Unfortunately, this one, while still good for what it is, isn’t joining the ranks of my favorites, although it is still nothing to sneeze at. It doesn’t have too strong a smell but it is pleasant and it pours a golden that promises hoppy but isn’t too dank or wild. The taste is a very clean, crisp, and hoppy, but with an extremely drankabbble vibe to it. Ultimately, this was a tasty pale ale, but doesn’t seem to warrant the 6-7 ish bucks that a 16.9 oz bottle can go for at the local Trader Joe’s, but for a 1/2 off happy hour, you could do much worse. Good for happy hour kick off. ciocanelu (2528) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - FEB 2, 2017
Really hazy straw color with creamy white head. Aroma is quite grassy, slightly herbal, a hint of tart citrus fruits. Taste is really balanced with floral hops and no malts. Light bitterness on the finish, quite dry. Light body but really smooth, soft carbonation. Really nice pale ale. Extremely drinkable and smooth. SHIG (4962) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - DEC 18, 2016

Bottle. Mac’s supermarket, Stowe, VT. Pale yellow. Bubbly, lasting, white head. Nose has leafy hop. Pink grapefruit. Orange peel. Buttery malts. Some piny notes. Clean and bright. Taste is clean, pithy bitter. Some dryness. Zingy mouthfeel. Dries out toward the end. Nice one. JaBier (7972) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - NOV 9, 2016
On tap at Whole Foods on 10/24/16 (Jay Day!). Pours clear gold with a thick white head. Aroma of malt, pine, citrus and spicy hops. Malty flavor with a piney hop finish.
