COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean.

Note: Formerly known as Spring Peeper.

Draft. Very hazy light yellow. Aroma is like a lemon dish soap after added to water with just a little yeast. Soapy white head. Very light lemon, a little funk, a little spice and pepper, juicy. Wonderful outdoor summer beer.

Alright, here we have our first happy hour offering today. The fresh and frisky Peeper Ale from freshly ascendant Maine Beeer Co., who have made a couple of my recent very favorites. Unfortunately, this one, while still good for what it is, isnt joining the ranks of my favorites, although it is still nothing to sneeze at. It doesnt have too strong a smell but it is pleasant and it pours a golden that promises hoppy but isnt too dank or wild. The taste is a very clean, crisp, and hoppy, but with an extremely drankabbble vibe to it. Ultimately, this was a tasty pale ale, but doesnt seem to warrant the 6-7 ish bucks that a 16.9 oz bottle can go for at the local Trader Joes, but for a 1/2 off happy hour, you could do much worse. Good for happy hour kick off.

Really hazy straw color with creamy white head. Aroma is quite grassy, slightly herbal, a hint of tart citrus fruits. Taste is really balanced with floral hops and no malts. Light bitterness on the finish, quite dry. Light body but really smooth, soft carbonation. Really nice pale ale. Extremely drinkable and smooth.

Bottle. Macs supermarket, Stowe, VT. Pale yellow. Bubbly, lasting, white head. Nose has leafy hop. Pink grapefruit. Orange peel. Buttery malts. Some piny notes. Clean and bright. Taste is clean, pithy bitter. Some dryness. Zingy mouthfeel. Dries out toward the end. Nice one.

Tap at Harrys Hofbrau in San Jose. Strong, fruity aroma starts nicely. Fades a little in the flavor, and has a medium-thin mouthfeel.

From Tap, pours extremely light in color. Head was modest with little lacing. Overall excellent. Another great ale from Maine brewing, seems like they can do no wrong.
