From notes sampled at the Festival in Portland. Pours a straw colored haze with a finger of white foam. Nose is peppery yeast and a bit of grain and a weird grassy note. Palate is a bit lifeless and under attenuated. Backend sweetness and too much earth yeast character. Meh. boto (2263) - Granby, Connecticut, USA - NOV 21, 2013
Draught @ Brewery: This one pours a hazy, yellow golden color. There was a bit of a white head on it. The aroma is nice. Floral, citrus, hint of spices, earthy: a lot going on there. The taste is good. Floral, grassy, citrus, spice, earthy. A bit lighter and a touch dry to the finish. Very Nice! DuffMan (10667) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 8, 2013
On tap @ the brewery. Bright yellow, hazy; zesty fresh tropical fruit and citrus, moderate vegetal bitterness in the finish, crisp carbonation, minerally even, very bright and highly drinkable. They called this an American Saison, and even though it isn’t showcasing much yeast character, I don’t care that it may not fit the purists definition of a Saison-- I freaking loved it! snoworsummer (6087) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - AUG 4, 2013
Draft at the brewery. Pours opaque yellow with almost no head. Tastes like lemon and apricot. Dry feel. Smooth light body and low carbonation. Smells like lemon rind, wheat, and musk. sonnycheeba (6360) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - AUG 4, 2013
Tap at brewery. Pours hazy gold with creamy white head. Aroma is light fruit, floral notes, cereal and rye malts, and light bubblegum. Flavor is dry malts and grassy notes for with some light citrus esters and faint toast; dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

150ml draft. Lest spice and hops than the Collaboration 2, but more yeast and fruitiness come through. Sweet grapefruit, lemon and banana. Overall, very drinkable and summery. Palme (4824) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUL 5, 2013
On tap @ Blind Tiger House. A really cloudy kinda yellow-golden one with a small quickly sidesticking white top. Not to extreme on the nose, but the saison yeast is shining in through as is traces relate, grapefruit grapefruit zest and lots of ripe sweet organic banana. Never mind the non extreme, cause after a while in the glass the aroma just explodes. Getting really quite unique and the aroma intensifies after a while in the glass when it has some temperature. It’s light oily on the mouthfeel and it has some big bubbled carbonation bubbles. Orange zest, wet grass, candy sweetness and lots of saison yeast. In a way it reminds me of a Nøgne Ø saison as it’s quite powerful, kinda perfumy and mighty. Really enjoyable and fantastically delicious! 12.06.2013 j12601 (13144) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUN 30, 2013
Pouring at The Festival in Portland with Kramer, Andrew, and J-Dadmond. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Big musk, citrus, and light lemon. Citrus and musk, faint tropical fruit. Big musk and funk. Long citrus into the finish. Awesome. JulienHuxley (5954) - Sherbrooke, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 24, 2013
From tap at the Festival. Rather murky pour with white head. Citric aroma, lots of herbs, saison yeast character is pretty clear cut. Flavor is quite citric, a bit too hoppy, too yeasty. Well attenuated and dry palate, low-med carb. Good, but not quite up to level with their other stuff. SrSilliGose (3332) - pouring bus, New Brunswick, CANADA - JUN 23, 2013
