Bottle. Pours light yellow with a thin haze. Medium heavy carbonation with delicate white head. Nice spiced hop aroma. Light mouthfeel. It reminds me of a mass produced beer if it was done right. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Heavy brett presence, light fruits, tropical notes, lots of oak, large sweetness and maltiness.

Bottle thanks to Nate ! Pours a clean golden straw color with a finger of fizzy foam. The nose is a nice balance between citrus, fresh grass and brett with a touch of phenols, leather, horseblanket and a touch of tannic barrel notes. The palate follows the nose nicely with nice touches of oak notes mingling with some funky refreshing fruit notes. Nice lingering basement bitterness.

Shared by Thorpe429. Thanks Mike. The beer is hazy and straw yellow with a small white head. The aroma offers brett, oranges and assorted citrus. Brett heavy and a bit out of balance. The aftertaste offers a lingering tangy brett character. Fairly light, and pretty easy to drink. This was ok. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 04-09-2012

Bottle. While waiting in line for the Hill Farmstead Mimosa, I get poured a glass of this courtesy of Mike L (i think). What a great beer. Pours a hazy amber body with light head and white lacing. Aroma is funk, brett, vinous, and tart. Mouthfeel is mouth-puckering but in no way overbearing, nicely restrained with notes of sour cherry, raisin bread, wine, oak, sour fruit, and brett. A great sour, and one of the surprises of the day.

Big thanks to Joppa for getting a bottle of this out my way. Served in a Maine Beer Co. wine glass. Pours a clear light golden color with a nice white head and a few spots of lacing. The nose has some citrus and heavy Brett. Strong phenolics and a bit of earthiness. The flavor is similar Brett-heavy; a little too much so, in fact. Light-medium body with a slightly-off dryness and fairly heavy phenols. Perhaps a bit more time would have served this one well.

Bottle courtesy of Greg at Churchkey, thank you sir! Cloudy golden yellow color, small white head, delicate lacing. Aroma of sourdough bread, lemon peel, light spice. Taste is softly sour rising bread, lemon peel. Fantastic.
