Bottle @ Maine Mead Works. Clear yellow colored mead. Has a better honey character than the dry mead, which I suppose is not surprising. Get some graham cracker and vanilla sweetness to it. Maybe a hint of that subtle cinnamon graham cracker note as well. Light grass and floral flavors. Perhaps a hint of citrus. Pretty decent mead. Sampler at meadery. Pouts golden. Definitely getting the honey note on the nose as well as this banana thing. Still fairly dry on the tongue though it feels more substantial.

LSAT Freedom Trip #57. Bottled sample at the meadery. Very pale golden, weak legs. Aroma of strong honey, vanilla, mild tannins. The taste is tart citrus, vanilla, honey and some toastiness. Medium bodied.

My dad tried this beer and exclaimed, "Has anyone else noticed this tastes like wine white and cherrios milk." He is the cheerio king. Medium-bodied; dry and sweet. Honey, plastic, paint, sugar and alcohol. j12601 (10868) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUL 8, 2013
Tried this at the meadery. Pours a clear gold. Warm citrus. Bright citrus and honey. Sweet citrus with light honey notes into the finish. Tasty. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - FEB 2, 2013
Sample at the Julios meadfest, straight up honey flavored mead, meh a little below average annunz123 (957) - Taunton, Massachusetts, USA - SEP 23, 2012
Aroma has honey and a little apple. Flavor is mild and smooth. A little drying alcohol in the finish, and a surprisingly creamy mouthfeel. Not bad, but not great either. beerbill (3616) - Laurel, New York, USA - MAY 21, 2012
750 ml bottle. Pours a pale gold with no head. This is a still mead. The aroma is lovely with nice clean sweet honey and perhaps a few floral notes. The flavor is much more watered down and the flavor is short-lived on the palate. Lightly sweet as the name suggests.
