Ar: Ginger and clean, floral honey; a little lemon, tea tannin, and toasted malt notes. Ap: Deep gold and clear; tiny white head with low retention, leaving a thing ring of bubbles. T: Sweet lemon and honey, with savory malt notes; light tannins and a bright, clean tea flavor; honey and a faint mint accent; lemon and tea carry through to the finish. P: Medium-light body with medium-low carbonation; finish is medium-dry. O: Clean and refreshing mead; bright honey, lemon, and ginger flavors, with some cool accents; highly drinkable, good level of sweetness, and carbonation keeps it lively. brokensail (16432) - Dublin, California, USA - NOV 25, 2016
On tap @ Maine Mead Works. Clear golden pour with a small white head. Lives up to its description, certainly. A lot of tea and lemon. Hints of spice and herbs. The mint is there, but it is not overpowering. Finishes kind of fruity and lightly acidic, but does have a good bit of sweetness as well. Could definitely enjoy some of this on a warm day. Sampler at meadery. Pours golden with a thin white head. Huge black tea and lemon notes on the nose. Dry on the tongue which really helps the black tea flavor to come through. Nice!

All I was hoping for with this mead is that it would be significantly better than those awful Twisted Teas my stepdaughtrys boyfriend drinks all day, and it is successful in that regard, for sure. Lots of sweet tea & lemon, very nice for a summer evening, I didnt know there were meads like this out there until now - Happy Mead Day! kaser (6209) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 1, 2015
Tastes like nestle iced tea. Pour at Maine Mead Works in Portland Maine on our brewery tour. With some booze. It's good

LSAT Freedom Trip #60. Keg at the meadery. Hazy pale yellow, thin foamy head. Aroma of strong honey, vanilla and tea. The taste is tea, honey, lemon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Rudzud (44) - Cherry Valley, Massachusetts, USA - AUG 11, 2015
Thanks to JLindros for sharing. Picked this up in Maine, poured into a Kate the Great tulip a crystal clear golden hue with a thin fizzy head that fades to a thin halo. Aromas of fake almost artificial tea notes, cloy honey, little herbal. Taste is super super fake mediocre tea, crackers, cloy honey, Really unpleasant tasting...thinking either this was a VERY old bottle or a bad batch, as what we had at the meadery was really good. Wow. Can’t stress how fake and cracker like this is. tchaos (428) - New York, USA - MAR 25, 2015

500ml bottle shared by AirForceHops. Thanks, Chris! $12 price tag on the cap. Pours orange gold with a white head. Aroma is tea, lychee. Tastes like carbonated Arizona iced tea with a touch of honey and a hint of spearmint in the finish. AirForceHops (7129) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - MAR 13, 2015
500 ml bottle purchased from the Beer Store Store, Nashua. Paid a tad bit too much but.... Whatever. Hay color with some head. Aroma is very similar to an ice tea. Herbal, tea leaves, lemongrass, and a mild "Long Island Iced Tea" mix drink aroma. Flavor is reminds me of a Long Island Iced tea mixed drink. The carbonation gives it a nice tingle across the tongue that resembles a "Twisted Tea" hard tea. Really rather drinkable.
