Ungstrup (38413) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 6, 2007
Bottled. A brown beer with a thick but collapsing light brown head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of caramel and alcohol, but also lighter notes of metal and nuts. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and nuts as well as a warming sensation from the alcohol that also burns slightly in the throat.

joergen (29216) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 29, 2005
Draught at Michaelsberg, Bamberg. lear brown coloured with an off white head. Fruity aroma with notes of caramel, bread and spices. Sweet flavour of malts, fruits, bead and caramel. Hoppy finish.

Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 16, 2006
(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, orangey brown with a small, off-white head. Very delicate - almost vinous - aroma of roasted malt. Solid body with sweet, roasted malt and some notes of dried fruit. Warming alcohol in the finish with some hops does it for me: this is an excellent Bock. 061106

imdownthepub (15331) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 13, 2008
On tap at Bamberg Weissbierhaus, Bamberg. Dark brown with off white head. Overall quite sweet with fruity, treacley and tarry flavours, some cardboard notes, quite sharply carbonated and a heady alcohol character.

Theis (15151) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 7, 2007
Bottle - Tasting at Plan B. Clear dark bread - white head. Aroma: Raisins, candy sugar. Taste: Dark bread, brown sugar, caramel, malty sweetness, light light hoppy. Wierd.

Christian (13822) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 22, 2007
Brown with a medium sized head. Malt aroma with some caramel. Big malt flavour, sweet but not cloying.

faroeviking (11217) - Chupando chellas es como ellas, FAROE ISLANDS - JUL 30, 2007
Bottle. Clear dark brown. Aroma is grainy and with toasted malt and caramel. The flavour has plenty of grains, caramel, grass and some alcohol. Past date boring brew.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUL 9, 2008
Dark brown with a huge, nice and creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and syrup. The flavour has sweetness, notes of syrup, roasted malt and a slightly dry, grapefruit bitterness and the alcohol gives warmth and a slightly burning sensation. OK, but far from outstanding.

downender (8891) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - JUL 29, 2007
Bottle from REWE, Bamberg. Amber/red colour with an off-white head. Treacly aroma with some supporting grain. Flavour was very sweet with some balancing alcohol. Distinctive.

motelpogo (8031) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - DEC 11, 2002
pretty tasty stuff. full and composty vodka aroma. not very salty or sweet for a bock
