My interpretation of a typical Bavarian wheat, refined with a little bit more hops and the intense aroma of our very own wheat beer yeast. Bold and surprising.
Typical but yet so different. Deep cassis notes mix with Oriental spices and create a fruity, spicy finish.

I invite you to enjoy a refreshing treat for all your senses.

Colour is between Weizen and Black Weizen. Small foam. Incredible smell - caramel, honey, yeast. Interesting taste - remains classic Weizen but with additional sub taste of spices, fruity (a little). Aftertaste has a medium body, soft carbonation without bitterness despite the huge alcohol degree. Full of pleasure.

beermastersasho (147) - - AUG 8, 2017
Good beer, red colour in the glass. Its like the Schneider Tap 5. Ale-ish. Hops, fruits, bitter. Aromatic.

Shared with WheatQuest during Weizen tasting - Bready sourdough and white bread aroma. Oily hops and herbal finish. No heavy fruits like banana. Low carbonation.
