COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
My interpretation of an Irish stout, with an extra portion of choice barley, special and aromatic malts to give the beer its distinctive full-bodied flavor. A robust beer of deep, dark color with an aroma of roasted malt combined with the taste of sweet caramel, delicious dark chocolate notes and a hint of wild berries.

Sit back and enjoy a firework of flavors and aroma.

Yours,
Marc Goebel

Chocolate is strong on the aroma along with some roast malts. Flavor has chocolate on the front also, with some coffee/roasted notes. Easy to drink.

Black beer with a medium to big sized, good lasting, brown head. Aromas of chocolate, coffee powder, malt, caramel, rum cherry, some sugary sweetness in the beginning, licorice and lovage with rising temperature. Taste is full of dark chocolate and coffee, some light sweetness in finish, lasting roast malt character. Some warming alcohol. Soft carbonation, medium body, oily texture.

Aromat mokrej szmaty, chleba, karmelu, czekolady nie czuje. W smaku chleb, karmel, goryczka lekka. Generalnie nic się nie dzieje i jest słabo

Iím buy this beer on autumn about one year ago in some Getranke shop in Essen. Wyglad ciemno brazowy z niewielkimi refleksami burgundzkiej czerwieni, piana bezowa spora szybko narasta, ale jest srednio trwala. Zapach daktyli, sliwek i czekolady. W smaku rumiany tost posmarowany nutella, daktyle, sliwki w czekoladzie, lukrecja i znow czekolada deserowa. Chmielnosc niewielka, jest pewna wytrawnosc, ale dominuje tu slodowosc czekoadowa. Porzadne piwo

Quite good cream-coloured head, dense, slowly retreating over pitch-black beer. Chocolate≤ (bitter and milk), and quite a bit smoked. Roasted, dark malts. Slightly sourish-roasted overlying again sweet-bitterish chocolated notes. Peeled walnut, bit of coffee. Very well-carbonated, spritzy, very slick to viscous, well-bodied. Another excellent Maisel turnout. I donít understand their dropping of the Dampfbier, but I like their turn towards craft!
