COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
My interpretation of a traditional India Pale Ale, with a pleasant dose of bitterness and a fresh, fruity taste. Inspiring and exotic. Surprises with citrus notes and floral nuances and finishes with hints of wild honey and caramelized malt.

Join me on an exciting journey through the world of flavors.

Yours,
Stefan Sattran

Sampled from a bottle from Kihoskh. Copper colour with a white head. Some floral and citrus aromas. The taste and colour both remind me of the barley sugar boiled sweets we had as children. Sweet caramel malt base with some fruit flavours from the hops. Not much citrus in evidence in the taste, but some stewed fruit and vinous notes. Not much bitterness, but good aftertaste which contains pleasant berry notes.

Aromatic, good ale. Fruit notes, hops. Its bitter, but fresh. You fell freshness when you drink it.

Kornthal-Munchingen. Bottle courtesy of Michael, vielen dank! Hazy amber with white head. Sweet malts, orange peel, sweet orange tea, grassy and resiny hop. Big sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. Bit spicy due the higher abv. Decent. Could be fresher probably.

Stor fylde, let sødlig, og en humlesmag af citrusfrugt, en spændende øl....
