Ungstrup (38249) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 10, 2007
Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet wheaty combined with notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and caramel. The body is thin, no wonder, not so bad for a low alcohol beer.

Bottle split at Bamberger Weissbierhaus during the Bamberg Jolly. Pours cloudy orange-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds rich wheat. Moderately sweet, with plenty of wheat bread, yeast, ripe banana. Light to medium bodied with average, airy carbonation. Sweet finish with notes of grainy wheat, banana chips.
