Okay, so I enjoyed a lot the Malheur 10 before this one, but what we have here is superior in every point, and in fact, goes directly to my top-tier list. Awesome drink, a deep and complex strong ale, incredible aftertaste and a pleasure in mouth. Hints of red fruits and caramel, quite similar to the mighty St. Bernardus quadrupel. If you enjoy strong Belgian beers, don’t miss it, it’s one of the best I had the chance to experience! APPROVED BY TAVERNY’S BLACK METAL CREW! Aukedebier (29) - KAUTTUA, FINLAND - JUL 1, 2017
Bought from drankdozijn.nl in a 750 ml bottle with cork. Appearance; deep dark amber colored beer with off white head. Nose; plum, dark malt, brown sugar and some booze. Taste; very nice balanced beer, taste of dark, but not burned malts. Dark candy sugar, and Belgian yeast. Matching hops to compensate the sweetness. Complex taste and full body which hides the amount of alcohol (11,5%). Very interesting Ale.. with the capital A. Beamer (62) - - JUN 17, 2017

Bottle. Black colour, small head. Aroma is sour cherry, raisin. Alcohol well hidden. Medium sweetness, no bitterness. Good, but nothing exceptional. Oddskulle (33) - - MAY 31, 2017
Tag 10eren, og tilføj. 10eren er en god øl, denne er bedre. De får lidt mere på det hele, den er sød uden sprit, den er dyb nok til at være Cristobal37 (1143) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAY 28, 2017
UPDATED: MAY 28, 2017 Bottle. Super dark brown with almost no head at all. Lots of spices, dark sugar candy, doughy yeastiness that reminds me of Rochefort 10. Honey, rum, pear, fully loaded taste. Really flavorful. Some apple pie in the aroma too. Palate is a burnt sugar and toasted malt stickiness that lingers. One of the best Belgian strong ales I?ve ever had. Up there with Chimay Blue and Rochefort 10. alusdievs (81) - LATVIA - MAY 19, 2017
From bottle. Very dark brown color. With brownish thick cap which is long lasting. Fizzy and cloudy liquid. Sweet aroma with caramel and citrus notes. Taste is sweet at least for me. With long lasting sweet taste. Can feel 12 ABT and it is agreesive. A bit sour aftertaste. Tide (3900) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 18, 2017
Bottle from Beergium. Brown color, beige head. Bitter taste with citrus, nuts, toffee, toast, a bit of hops and ripe fruits. Bitter finish with citrus, nuts, toffee, a bit of ripe fruits and toast. Good brew, but the high ABV doesn't add anything.
