davidpl (435) - Santiago, CHILE - APR 23, 2008
Appearance: pale golden color. Great and white head, lasting and some rocky. Aroma: herbal and citric smell from hops, with coriander, lemon and grapefruits reminiscences. Slight pale-malty and yeasty aromas. Maybe an eucalyptus touch. Flavor: ephemeral pale malts start, herbal-spicy progress with medium-dryness and lasting. Light and nice sourness from hops, reminiscences of oranges and peel-grapefruit. Slightly warming final. Palate: medium body and medium to high carbonation. Remark: Nice beer, but without complexity nor big-strength.
