Almost clear gold beer, massive white head, huge! Palate is light, semi dry and mildly crisp. Thin sweetish malts. Sweetish floralness. Mild and sweet generic fruits. Little yeast on the finish. Pretty disappointing. The Essex champagne ales of the last couple of years have been much better, Red Fox, Brentwood, Farmers Ales and Mersea Island have all done better than this somewhat insipid and sweet affair.
Light opaque golden yellow, white lacing foam head. Barley aroma, some floral ntes. Some sweet notes, but very well balanced in taste. Nice. (Arnhem 201605) Pyrmir (6170) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - MAY 10, 2016
