COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Irish stout beer, characterized by roasted flavor, dark chocolate and coffee with a velvet texture. Bira Malka is produced in small quantities using a traditional methods, natural ingredients and water from a well located in the Western Galilee area which cotribute to its unique flavor.

Bottle. Pours black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of dry roasted malts with some dark grains and a hint of bitter chocolate. Flavor has strong roasted malts that add a good amount of bitterness and leave to a dry finish backed by bitter dark grains.

Bottle @ home, Israeli tick. Pours a black appearance with a brown creamy head. Cola, chocolate, chalk, and some roast in the nose. Medium bitterness. Moderate low sweetness. Theres some anise, light smoke, and chalk in the flavor. Fine.

Bottle. Dark brown with reddish highlights and a tan head. Aroma is very interesting-- dry roasted walnuts and burnt popcorn are very prominent, some chocolate too. Chocolate and burnt malt flavours, dry peanutskin bitterness. Nice little stout; unique but in a good way.
