Light unclear medium amber color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, toasted, caramel, cereal. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, oxidide malt - cardboard notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
50 cL can. Pours clear cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and roasted malt, vague breadish. Bitter, roasted malt and dry hoppy flavoured. Dry finish. Ungstrup (38248) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 8, 2010

Clear amber color, medium-sized off-white head. Grassy, papery aroma. Mild palate. Some caramel, cardboard and light fruitys/strawberries. Light bitterness in the aftertaste. Very bland and boring.
Can. It pours a more or less clear body, amber in color and topped by small, off-white head. Slightly vegetal on the nose, but mostly with caramel. A touch of roasted malts too. The flavor has a hoppy fruityness with bready, caramel malts as a base. Medium body, decent carbonation. Pleasant bitterness in the end. Nothing impressive going on here, it’s mostly boring, but sure drinkable. 101008 FatPhil (16928) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - NOV 17, 2009

Really grainy, almost husky aroma - a touch sweet too, but nothing like what ost amber nonsense smells of. Pleasant carbonation, full palate for a weak beer. Full grainy flavour - lots of plant matter, husks, grass, and hay. Finish just continues that. Not my thing, but I can see why eco-veggie-hippies might think it’s a good taste. I wish this had been a bit more boring...

Malty, grainy, a bit dull, but certainly made of beer ingredients.
