500 ml can. Pours a clear golden color with a foamy white head. Sweet hoppy aroma. Taste has pleasant hop bitterness and finishes off with sweet malts. A very pleasant surprise, since I was more or less expecting a mass-market beer. Bov (13219) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - APR 16, 2008
courtesy of oh6gdx; canned - clear golden-bronze colour under a foamy but fast disappearing white head; correct lace; charming aromatic hoppiness, notes of hazelnut, medium-bodied, a gentle late bitterness; long aftertaste of peanuts - pleasant and very aromatic BeerBaboon (2119) - FINLAND - NOV 14, 2010
UPDATED: FEB 9, 2011 Kullanvärinen ja aivan pikkuisen samea olut. Tuoksussa on hunajaa, sitrusta, mallasta ja heinää. Raikas, puhdas, sitruksinen ja hieman makea. Kotimaisten lagereiden aatelia. Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 14, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Straw golden, very yellowish actually, slightly hazy. Decent head that collapses rather fast though. Incredibly dry, absolutely no sweetness here. Very pronounced bitterness, albeit a short one. And then I get the most unbelievable notes of....gueuze!!! - in both aroma and flavour. Where the f... do they come from. Strange but pleasant indeed. A lot more characterful than the stronger IV version. 270505 omhper (25568) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 11, 2002
Pale golden. Grassy aroma. Light bodied and dry with fairly good bitterness. Not a bad effort.

2005 bottle from Juha, thanks! Light gold-yellow body, clear. Small amount of bubbles rising and yet a large white head is formed and is very well-retained. Smells of honey, some sweatiness, bit of wet hay. Begins with light honeyish malt and some hops bitterness that is felt on the back of the throat. Sweet honey finish, light herbs, perhaps. No flaws, or very few. Low hops apparency overall, medium-light body, but not watery or thin at all. Low carbonation. Could stand to be a good deal more crisp on the end. Retronasal has hay, herbs, some minerals. Dragonblaze99 (353) - Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 27, 2002
Nice, slightly smoky aroma. Sweet flavor with clear hints of smoked ham. Finishes off a little bitter and tingly. A curious beer. Beerhammaren (1800) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - DEC 7, 2012

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2008 (Canned, new design) Clear golden with a smallish, firm head and some lace. Sweetish, caramely-malty and berryish aroma with metal hints. Berry-caramely-malty flavor with some pine and juniper feel, and quite low bitterness. Some aromatic bitterness in the finish. Almost medium body with quite low carbonation. Still a decent berry-aromatic lager, but I wouldn’t emphasize the "craft beer" thing that much.
(Canned, rated May 30, 2008, 5-3-6-3-11=2.8) Clear golden color with a small, mostly fading, but slightly lacy head. Mild, sweetish aroma of honeyish malt, (rasp)berries, and a hint of toffee. Slightly metallic flavor with toffee-caramely malt, hints of aromatic hops, and clearly evident berryness. Quite light-bodied, but not watery palate with pretty low carbonation. Still aromatic and slightly exotic, but the bottled version was better.
(Bottled, 04/2005, was 6-2-6-3-12=2.9) Pale golden color with a smallish, slightly lacy head. Buttery, canned mushrooms and cloudberry aroma with cardamom hints (the latter two seem to have mostly gone in the current recipe). Malty, spicy and hoppy, dryish flavor with some Belgian blonde character. Bitter, astringent finish with metallic hints. Medium-bodied, oily and carbonated palate. A very nice Finnish lager with personality! Pinball (12263) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 19, 2009
