Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a creamy head and a smooth texture. Has a hoppy character, but a little understated with its taste.

Pudding (256) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - DEC 3, 2015
500ml, bottle-conditioned. Poured gold with slight haze. Thick, lasting white head. Citrus on the nose. Spicy, citrus taste. Fair, but not too much bitterness. Overall not as assertively hopped as many beers from this brewery. A gentle, refreshing drink.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a foamy white head. Fruity aroma with notes of citrus and berries. Lemon, grapefruit and a hint of blackcurrant feature in the taste. Quite refreshing and easy to drink.

JohnCook101 (535) - - JAN 21, 2014
A decent pale ale with a good hop profile. Some malt, citrus flavours, a little sweetness and a god amount of bitterness, but not overwhelming. Looks nice, aroma is mild and represents the flavours pretty well. Medium bodied with a slightly slick mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a white head. Interesting lightly citrusy hop aroma. Medium body, dryish fruit, again a pleasant hoppy spiciness leading to a bitter and almost astringent finish. A very hoppy Golden. 070413
