Clear yellow beer, light citrus smell, a bit tangy and sour up front but settles into bittersweet lemon as you go through it.

Cask at Holborn Whippet. Clear gold lasting white head. yes it has that grassy grapefruit earthy flavour from the centennial hops. Quite bitter on the finish. just a damn good golden ale. Damn Mallinson are good. Just so perfect. Dry lovely. Perfect golden ale.

BlackHaddock (8142) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUL 27, 2014
Yet another light coloured brew with citrus overtones that although refreshing and obviously well made, just bored the ares off me. There are so, so many like this on the market currently and I for one am fed up with them. I should have asked for a sample instead of going for a pint. 25th July 2014: Pheasant, Wellington Shropshire. Sorry you guys at Mallinsons, not my thing: but I have tried to score it objectively.

Cask. Light gold with a thick white head. Lightly hoppy nose of lemon and oranges. Taste is light citrus fruits with a sweet malt backbone. A bit bland, but decent enough.
