Cask conditioned handpump Old Fountain London 08/07/13. A golden coloured beer with a white head. Good tropical fruit hoppiness throughout. Malts give good body. Creamy thickness. Peachy notes. Served too warm which messed with it somewhat but it clearly has qualities.

Old fountain. Excellent aroma, good fairly easy to drink pale ale, pleasant aroma of fresh hops etc.

Old Fountain. Almost clear gold beer, little white head. Palate is smooth and a little dry. Mild fine carbonation. Smooth pale malt, fairly neutral. Good hops - Nelson grape just about dominates the orangey citrus from the other hops. Lesser yellow grapefruit before a dry and medium bitter finish. Mallinsons soap free! Decent!

Cask at the Old Fountain - London. Pours perfectly clear yellow-gold with a thick, pillowy white froth. Aroma holds grass, hay and rindy lemon. Light sweet flavor with mellow, biscuity pale malts, plenty of grassy and rindy citrus. Light bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Well conditioned. Bitter grass to finish, pithy lemon, rindy bitterness, hay. Decent but a bit abrasively bitter at times.
