Citrusy and slightly grassy, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, a spicy touch of hay, biscuity malty background. Taste is grassy and citrusy hoppy, hints of lime, some grassy spiciness, zesty bitterness, citrusy tartness, a mineral touch, biscuity malty background; smooth palate, gentle carbonation. Cask-conditioned at the Wenlock Arms, 21/8/2015. Golden in colour, with a thin, white, head. Aroma of grapefruit and tangerine, with some grassy hops. 500ml, bottle-conditioned. Pours light god, slight haze. Aroma and taste: good depth of citrus hop. Appropriate bitterness and sweetness. Overall: very refreshing, a wonderful hop.

500ml bottle (4%) at home, from Drygate, Glasgow (19 Sep 2014), hazy golden due to bad pouring, good off-white head, fresh hoppy citrus aroma, no lacing, initial earthy hit but progresses to a nice fruity, citrus flavour and a dry finish, carbonation on the high side (7 2 7 3 14). Bottle. Hazy gold with an off white foam. Aromas are leafy with minerals and bready yeast. Some hints of lime with rind and melon, soapy notes. Grapefruit with creamy oak. Flavours are light grapefruit with seawater and pineapple. Lots of minerals and yeast. Some soap. Crisp lemon with lime rind. Nice.
