500ml bottle. Hazy dark amber body with a low white head. Fruit, yeast, banana, alcohol and some spices. A bit too distinct alcohol prescence. nihtila (4000) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 15, 2015
14.2.2014. Aroma reminds of combination of hefeweiss and trippel, belgian yeast, citrus, caramel sweet banana, sahti-like. Taste is similar which is good. Belgian yeast, fresh lemon hops, caramel sweetness, and finish also hops among sweetness. Alcohol warms. Vili (245) - FINLAND - FEB 8, 2015
30cl draught. Dark brown and rose pour with thin gold head. Aroma is malty, caramel, raisin and vanilla. Taste is full, medium bitter and somewhat sweet. Alcohol is present but not too aggressive. Oily palate, low carbonation. Aftertaste is malty sweet, but not sugary. Quality product, a Finnish take on Belgian trippel. Kauge (2131) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JAN 24, 2015
Bottle as a gift from Finland. No BB date. Dark murky amber colour with a small big-bubbled head. Retains and somewhat laces but there’s very little of it. The second pour gives a lot more though. Nose is the usual Belgian yeast, white bread dough, overripe peaches and plums, and a tiny bit of laurel- and coriander-like spiciness (pork stew comes to mind), a bit herbal even. It’s not really inviting. Taste follows suit. Mild fruity and caramelly sweetness, a bit of herbal bitterness and spiciness in the finish. Cardboard-like skunky malts. Minerals. Sweet side of the Strong Belgian scale. A lot of body covering the alcohol, although later on it does break through. Carbonation moderate and thin. I can’t consider this a good-tasting beer. Overall it’s very disappointing for a strong “Belgian”. Ceci n’est pas une Belge, jep. Florya (2027) - Oslo, NORWAY - JAN 20, 2015

500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, reddish. golden copper colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity, grainy and spicy yeasty aroma, hints of red apple, pear, red berries, juniper, a touch of laurel, a minimally phenolic touch. Taste is initially moderately sweet fruity, red apple, pear, red berries again, dry hints of fruit parings, later minimally peppery, yeasty spicy, a herbal touch of laurel and juniper; soft carbonation. Nicely balanced, good drinkability, some off-flavours in the aroma. minihame2 (788) - Oulu, FINLAND - AUG 27, 2014
Clear, copper colour and tan head. Aroma has caramel and citrus. Slightly bitter taste, ends with something yeasty and sour. Soft mouthfeel, medium carbonation. It’s a bit weak for a belg, kind of disappointing. Borup (15942) - Albertslund, DENMARK - JUN 29, 2014
