djoeye (5411) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAR 24, 2014
Brown 1/2L bottle pours an off-white layer on a somewhat unclear dark amber body, decorative curtains down the glassware. Scents; plums, apples, honey, grass. Taste; fruity malts, juicy hops, plums, bitter-almonds, prunes, yeast. Warming fruity to the end. Ok carbonation, ok bitterness, premium body. Overall a nice evening sipper, you may call it a wine and share it with your honey. Stamwort 18.5, 28 EBU, 30 EBC, 8% abv, 50cl, [email protected] Moouonyo Finland.

Tummaa suklaata tuoksussa. Melko vaalea väri, hieman samea koostumus. Alkumaussa kahvia, jälkimaussa paahteisuutta ja happamuutta. Jälkimaku melko voimakas ja alkoholinen.

Gyllen gul, uklar med et tynt skumlag. Lukter fruktig og litt gjær. medium kullsyre. Smaker litt søtlig og alkohol, kort, tam ettersmak.

Palme (4857) - Bergen, NORWAY - FEB 17, 2014
0.5l bottle. Have to work pretty hard just to get a small head on this one, and even after all that hard labor all I got was a bubbly quickly fading just off-white thing. This on top of a cloudy dark plum orange/brown body. The nose has a good amount of ripe old fruits, the sweet kind, there are cardboard traces here, dark candied sugar, plums with just a little bit of acidity, yeast and a good dash of Belgian yeast. Not bad, a bit mellow at first but it opens up after a while in the glass. Far out there on the sweet side of the scale this. Lots of yeasty zesty alcohol in the taste. It has a light oily mouthfeel with a soft carbonation level. Traces of minerals, rocks, earth. It’s quite filled with nuts and sweet berries also this. Dark candied sugar before it ends slightly warning. Mahh, not completely mine thing. 01.08.2013

Gylden med fint lite skum. Aromaen er malt og gjær. Smaken er samme. Medium konsistens.

ej (1330) - Hauglandshella, NORWAY - JAN 3, 2014
Pours a clear golden with a fast diminishing head. Aroma with wheat, corn and sweet yeasty notes. Taste is heavy belgian yeastyness with a light acidic touch. Still pretty sweet, but not overly. Lacks in complexity and doesn’t really cut it for me. Medium carbonation.

gyllenbock (10027) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - DEC 16, 2013
Bottle from Alko Arkadia, bought in October 2013. A bit hazy amber with a small head. Sweet with yeast, dried fruit, malt and caramel. Warming alcohol in the finish. Drinkable.
