HopfenWeisse (1529) - - SEP 8, 2013
500ml bottle from Alko. Clear amber color with medium head. Aroma is dark fruits. Flavor is spices, sweet.

Holmen1 (5840) - Stavanger, NORWAY - SEP 6, 2013

Gorm (1899) - Sandnes, NORWAY - SEP 4, 2013
Klar gyllen farve med lys beige skum. Lukt av malt og frukt. Smak av malt, honning, krydder og frukt. Vinmonopolet.

nilsas (4062) - Bryne, NORWAY - SEP 4, 2013
Gulbrun honning farget. Lite skum. Duft av frukter og honning. Søtlig smak av frukter og honning.

Vighals (3913) - Sørumsand, NORWAY - AUG 31, 2013
Lys uklar brun, med lite skum. Godt moden frukt, gjær og alkohollukten litt for tydelig. Fruktig, tyggis og gjær. Lite bitterhet, medium kullsyre, men alkoholavslutningen trekker ned.

arsol (1156) - NORWAY - AUG 30, 2013
Lys brun farge og noe uklar. Så og si ingenting skum. Smaker og lukter søtt. Noe vanilje i ettersmak. Medium med kullsyre.

3.3
Cunningham (7861) - Halden, NORWAY - AUG 19, 2013

Appearance: Clear amber color with a small white tan head that leaves some lacing.
Aroma: Fruity, malty, yeast and some spices.
Palate: Medium + body. Mild round sweetness and a moderate bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Fruity, malty and some spices.
Overall impression: A bit unusual Belgian strong ale. A little bit to sweet for my likings. But still a nice ale.
Personal stats: Bottle from Vinmonopolet Oslo - Rosenkrantz’ gate, Norway

KansaiBeerLvrs (5097) - Kyoto, JAPAN - AUG 18, 2013
8%, the same people who make Huvila. Around 6 euro from Alko. Enjoying my last night in Stockholm, listening to Opera outside at a festival & having a bottle from Finland. Classy night! Beautiful amber pour, spicy & fruity Belgian yeast aroma. The taste is bang on, nutty, malty, biscuit with the fruity Belgian yeast contributing spice & a touch of fruit. Really nice stuff but then again sunset, opera, palaces are sure to contribute to me loving this beer!

BillHick420 (460) - NORWAY - AUG 13, 2013
Pours amber with white head. Alcohol and malt nose. Thick mouthfeel, low carbonation, some caramel. Meh. Palate what offputting for me.

3.7
Foffern (1877) - Bodø, NORWAY - AUG 12, 2013
Bottle at home. Has a clear mahogny colour and a small off-white head that fades fast. Aroma of caramel, oak, syrup, some smoke, forest floor and spices. The flavour has more smoke and is nicely balanced. Has a very slick and smooth mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A good and well-balanced Belgian style ale with a nordic touch. Nice!
