Light hazy golden colour with low head. Fruity, acidic aroma with brett, green apples, grapefruit in nose. Medium sweet and tart with brett, green apples and a light touch of vinegar. Pretty big body for the style. Great beer!
Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 2 26/09/2015. 2012 version. Atranslucent yellow coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is funky sour lemon, apricot, lacto sourness. Flavour si compose of puckering sour, tart lemon, lacto, touch of sweet, little hay, rustic grains and tangy. Palate is crisp, slighlty grains, highish carbonation, lingering sour.. Taste comprises citric sherbets, balsa wood, apple core, wood must, damp hay.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light rising acidity in the close.

Borefts VII. Day 2. Keg. Bright clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light dry and fairly crisp. Minerals. Lemony sourness. Sharp finish. Fine.

Clear pale orange beer, small head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sourish, lemony, funky, brett. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, sour, mandarins, lemony. Aftertaste: funky, lemon juice, bit weird, fruity, pretty good.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Borefts 2015. Day 2. Clear pale golden. Nose is oily, citrus, zest, very oily, touch metallic, some spirit. Taste is zesty, juicy, citrus, light peel, touch barrel, faint metallic, barnyard, wood, very low sourness. Oily body. Not very lambiek-like but quite nice all the same, interesting, nice. Unclear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, citrus, lemon, barnyard, leather, cheese. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light light moderate acidic with a average to long duration, tart, citric, lemon, barnyard, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
