Cole’s Italian tasting. Surprising favourite of the evening. Very brown with a Caesar head, a line of lace. A nutty aroma. Fuller mouthfeel, carbonation is right there. A nutty sweet taste,with a tad of ginger, that leaves an aftertaste of wine.

Bottle @ Cole’s Italian Beer Tasting. Pretty ruby body, no head. Nose is almost hot peppery spice, black pepper, some rich caramelized fruitiness. Flavor is nice malt, caramel, smokey citrus. Finish has a lot of really rich malt, almost barleywiney with cherries and tobacco.
