Tap at Blind Tiger. Bland, fizzy pour, prune juice and syrup aroma. Sweet, very sugary, light fruit, overly fizzy. Do not want. zach8270 (4022) - Henrietta, New York, USA - OCT 1, 2009
(bottle - 750 ml) Dark brown in color with a fluffy tan head. Aroma is very bitter and complex, with a lot of fruits and malts and a very unusual bitterness. Flavor is much the same. A tart and tangy bitter flavor with some sweetness and malts. Finishes with that unusual bitterness. Almost tastes like ginger mixed with a lot of hops. kp (10882) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - NOV 7, 2009

Unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, herbs - vegetable, oxidide notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
A cloudy brown body with a tan head that had little retention and no lace. Carbonation was well balanced. Aroma had a sour fruit note to it. No real distinction here. Flavor was predominantly malty generally with a fruity note although there was some mild bread notes to take some of the edge off. I really couldn’t tell if the hops gave it a slightly herbal note in the finish or just what ever adjuncts they flavored with. Not a bad beer, but nothing to write home about. nick76 (4399) - Tampa, Florida, USA - JAN 29, 2009
The aroma is soapy with tropical fruit, polynesian BBQ sauce, and cola. The appearance is mahogany with an average sized head that falls fast. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is not quite smooth but not quite thin. Overall its decent. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 16, 2010

Cloudy dark chestnut color; small head. Common chocolatey lean beer; with very light ruta aroma and stronger ruta flavor; the ruta leaves a light coffee touch, a bit herbal. Thin final. Not bad, but the ruta is disturbing in a beer.

Dark amber color; beautiful creamy head. Wonderful aroma, explosion of malt and caramel, nuts, spices, light smokeyness, sweet wood. Very good taste, where the malt is almost fruity, and with the similar elements as in the aroma; maybe a bit thin at the end. Excellent!
