Clear golden blonde with a decent off white covering.
Nose is bready, straw, grains, faint citric peel.
Taste comprises mellow fruit tones, bread dough, pale malts, toasted grains.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.
Underwhelming golden affair.
Cask at the Great British Beer Festival 2017. Pours clear yellow gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hop, fruit, grass and floral notes. Medium plus sweetness and moderate bitterness. Light to medium body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation. Subtle bittersweet finish. Pretty decent overall.
