[email protected] Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is pear, some acidic wood and mild spicyness. Flavour is quite much the same. A rather thin palated Perry.

Barrel. A light yellow perry with no head. The aroma is strong of pears. The flavor is sweet to start off - but soon after a strong acidity hits the tastebuds, ofcourse combined with strong notes of pears, leading to a slightly dry finish.

From barrel @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear light light yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is light perry and sour. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.

harrisoni (19412) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - AUG 17, 2007
Barrel at GBBF 2007. Silver, green gold colour, typical of perry. Very perryish aroma, a little bit of vinegar on aroma, but it settles down. Some goodish fruit but lacks a little on teh finish. Some nail polish remover.

maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - AUG 13, 2007
From the barrel - GBBF2007. A pretty anaemic light lime green coloured cider. The aroma is pretty fierce and aggressive pears. Really in your face but good, and inviting. The taste is also fiercely fruity. Perhaps too lively in the mouth but full of flavour.
