It poured a half finger of head on a clear, amber colored body. The aroma is nice with lemon and straw. The taste is smooth with mild bitterness. The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation. A fine IPA and a really easy drinker, nothing special but good.

Bottled. Slightly hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and a quite nice big sweet maltiness to it as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, nectary, some resin, wood and mild herbal notes. Nice malty and hoppy finish.

Braudog (6675) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - AUG 29, 2016
Bottle under the Toulumne label, in Yosemite. Sturdy Amber color. Good body. The view here of course helps, but his is a solid, meaty IPA. Well balanced. (#6307, 8/28/2016)

gunnar (9019) - Sandnes, NORWAY - AUG 21, 2016
Bottle from Ales by Mail. Pours almost clear gold/amber with a big creamy white head. Aroma is strong grapefruity with resiny hops, nice. Taste is light sweet canned fruits with a decent fruity bitter finish.

jjsint (3003) - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - JUN 20, 2016
Bottle delivered by Ales by Mail, drunk at home. Dark gold/amber, hazy with a small bit of off-white head. Noticeable carbonation. Muted but enticing aroma of papaya and resin. A note of rubber and maybe a hint of butternut squash. Bittersweet balanced taste, with the hops lurking in the background threatening to overshadow the taste with bitterness, but they don’t. A sweet malty note in the medium to long finish. More papaya, some pine and zucchini bread. Pretty damn good.
