Pitch black coloured body with a thick pour. Tall and thick dark brown head on top, quite good retention.
Aroma mostly of bourbon, some liquorice, vanilla, chocolate and moccha, smells great!
Taste follows, sweet with lots of bourbon and vanilla, light roasted malts, dark chocolate, moccha, fudge, chocolate cake, quite some alcohol on the finish.

50cl bottle at home. Pitch black with an espresso head and thin strips of carbonation. Huge bourbon notes in the nose, followed by vanilla, coconut, milk chocolate, toffe. The taste follows the same notes, heavy on the bourbon, vanilla and toffe. Full bodied with a soft carbonation and a bourbon sweet and spicy aftertaste. Lacking a bit in the roasted malt department, but otherwise an excellent beer. Marheb (5755) - San Diego, California, USA - JUN 1, 2016
