Blond and fizzy beer, smells very fruity and slightly sweet. Tastes slightly sweet and malty, quite light, a bit of underlying fruity hops. It’s fairly straightforward.

Pours hazy yellow with small white head that laces the glass. Aroma is citrus hops, grass and grain. Taste has a good bitter and some dry hay. Light body with low carbination. Great beer. I haven’t had a beer from these guys that I haven’t liked.

Bottle - Biscuity malts and some fruity milky notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Biscuit, bready and some fruity bitterness. Very fruity and odd, but still kinda nice.

650ml bottle from the brewery in Bowmanville, Ontario. Golden yellow in colour with a lasting thin white head, light lacing. The aroma is fruity, some cereal and grains, faint citrus hops. The flavour is moderately sweet, light hop bitterness, more cereals. Finishes long, sweet turning lightly bitter.

A little citrusy - especially on the nose - but I got a whole lot more dark fruits like plum and even cherry on the tongue. Sweet but not cloying. Light and very sessionable.

650 mL bottle from the brewery. Hazy yellow with a medium, bright, white head. All hops in the nose, with grapefruit being at the forefront. There is more balance in the flavour, although this is still a hop-forward blonde. There is some sweetness from the malt, which grows as the beer warms. It never becomes unpleasant, though. The hop flavour, like the aroma, leans toward grapefruit. There is mild bitterness in the finish. Nice session beer.
