COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American Amber Ale Deep copper in color with Amber highlights, this beer has a strong malt backbone with balanced bitterness and hop flavor. This Pacific Northwest style Ale bridges the gap between Classic Pale Ales and IPAs. Itís title is derived from the American Cascade, Centennial, and Columbus hops used to brew this aromatic wonder. Cheers.

Draft. Pours amber brown with an off white head. Caramel aroma with candy sugar and orangey hops. The flavor is almost perfumey the caramel, fruit and floral/citric hops. Nice.

Amber coloring with a mildly hoppy nose and a bit of caramel malt. Flavor has a light hoppiness, but suffers from the same armpit-like flavor that their APA does. Mild, drinkable, but only if there is nothing better.
