COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bavarian Wheat Brewed in true German tradition, our hefeweizen is made with a high percentage of malted wheat and fermented with a Bavarian weizen yeast. The yeast not only provides the distinct flavor of banana and clove, but also remains in suspension giving this unfiltered seasonal its cloudy appearance. Pairs well with some of our lighter fare such as the spinach salad. 5.3% ABV, 15 IBU’s

Draught at TJ’s: Aroma of wheat, banana, coriander, slight yeast, and spices. Poured yellow in color with a large, creamy, dense, slightly off-white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Hazy. Not sparkling. Excellent lacing. Flavor is slightly sweet. Tastes of wheat, slight lemon, and a hint of spice. Mostly wheat flavor. Medium body. Slightly dry texture. Soft to average carbonation. Wheat finish.
