COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The dark lager is a somewhat sweeter version of its cousin, the American Premium Lager. Deep brown with ruby highlights and a light tan head that is smooth to the finish. This surprisingly refreshing brew has a crisp sweet malt backbone balanced out with a subtle bitterness. 18 IBU’s

Full pint at the brewpub. Deep brown in color with a tan head. Sweet and nutty aroma, with a bit of butterscotch. Flavor is much the same with a bit of a popcorny note. Not bad.

Pours a deep brown with amaber notes and a medium creamy tan head that laced. Aroma of grains, cereal, toffee, nuts, sweet malt and some citrus notes. Flavor was of the same, sweet maltiness up front, but dried out in the finish.
