On tap at Barcade - Siembra Rouge, Sour. Poured a deep amber color with a thin sized off white head. Wood, tequila, and sour fruits. Medium to lighter funky sourness. jrodooo5 (1638) - DOVER, Delaware, USA - DEC 11, 2013
Siembra rogue sour ale - I hope this is it? Unique & delicious! Copper pour w/ a nice white head. Good sour aroma & a well balanced blend is sourness & malt possibly? Not sure but it all comes together for an excellent brew! jkwood04 (5448) - Connecticut, USA - NOV 18, 2013
32oz growler poured in a tulip. Pours deep brown with a lacy, beige head. Aroma of tequila, some dark malts and dark fruits, light spiciness, some caramel, and a little toffee. Flavor the same with an interesting blend of the style and the tequila. Average texture. A decent beer but I think the growler might be a little old so I’d like to try it fresh. tcane7 (1674) - Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 9, 2013
Draft at Standard Tap. Pours a cloudy, deep reddish brown with slight beige head. Nose of roast, caramel, cherry, spice, light smoke, agave, vanilla. Medium to light body, lightly tart. Roast and sweet malt flavor with lots of tequila notes and dark fruit. I’ve only had a couple tequila barrel aged beers but this style works well. Solid offering.
