Draught at Capone’s: Aroma of hops, Earth, citrus, and Belgian yeast. Poured amber/gold in color with a small, off-white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Sparkling. Very good lacing. Flavor is medium sweet and medium bitter. Tastes of Belgian yeast, hops, slight spice, and some pine. Medium body. Oily, then dry texture. Soft to average carbonation. Tap at Pickering Creek in. Pours a lightly hazy golden with a smaller bubbly white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast fruity notes, banana, tropical fruits and light spicy notes along with some citrusy and floral American hops notes. On tap at Capone’s. Poured a medium and cloudy golden color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of bananas, fruity, floral and some citrus. Tastes of bananas, fruity, pine, citrus, and floral. Lacing left on the glass.
