On draft at the Brewpub. Poured hazy gold in a plastic cup, which is always awesome. This beer was yeasty and sweet, didn’t really resemble a hefe much at all. Why do I continue to give this place a chance? TomDecapolis (4618) - Milton, Delaware, USA - AUG 14, 2008
On tap at the brew pub. Summer of 2008 - looks like this beer is now a hefe. Pours a hazy golden/orange with a medium bubbly white head. Aroma of banana and clove, some wheat notes. Flavor was much of the same. A pretty solid Hefe. blipp (9139) - La Mesa, California, USA - JUN 4, 2008
Draft. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Clove, nutmeg, banana, and lemon in the aroma. Medium body, a bit flat. Flavor is clove, lemon and banana. Brewery had this listed as a Hefeweizen and at 5% ABV. hopdog (12341) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 6, 2005
On tap at the Manayunk Brew Pub. Menu had the style listed as an ’American Wheat’ beer. Poured a medium and cloudy golden color with a white head. Aromas of fruits, earthy, and some yeast. Fruity tasting with light wheat in the background. Wakie (612) - Centreville, Virginia, USA - AUG 2, 2005
Nice aroma of heavy lemon and beautiful appearance for a witbier. But the taste was simply too heavy on the hops and frankly it ruined the beer for me.

Great for the Saturday of yard work. It poured hazy enough to back up the unfiltered statement. Finish was a little sour. JFGrind (2042) - Glenside, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 15, 2005
A nice session beer from Manayunk. There is a bit of tartness to it and some dry hoppping is evident. DocLock (10647) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 2, 2005
Gold color, with hopcit and slight yeast aroma. Not much going on in taste either. dberger624 (1028) - Voorhees, New Jersey, USA - APR 22, 2005
Part of the sampler at the Brewey. Belgiaon Wheat? OK. Slight wheat taste. Nothing really special. Nice thirst quencher.
