Bottle, 33 cl. Pale light yellow beer, with little white head. Aroma fruity, citrus, malts-grains. Medium body. Taste good fruity, yeast, sweet, refreshing.
Not bad at all !
Taste is better than it looks.

(draught) Very pale beer, very little head. Grainy and citrussy nose, at the same time. Citrussy, yes, but not expressly mandarine. Taste is another sample of the just-off-Saison, patisserie Mortal’s touch. More citrussy than the other Mortal’s beers, but again I cannot confirm "Mandarine". It’s just good. Medium bodied, fruity but not dry. Very good fruit beer. It’s the overall that makes its strenght. I wouldn’t have guessed mandarine, but then, who cares if it tastes right? oberabcbbsok (692) - Hoboken, BELGIUM - MAY 14, 2007
Bottle at beerfestival in Vilvoorde. A sweet. You think about flowers in the smell and a good aftertaste Mrntionrd 5.2 % YogiBeera (2569) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 7, 2004
draught at the Delirium Cafe in Brussels: Nice pale yellow brew, spare head leaving legs on the glass. Mustard seed and citrus nose. Mandarine taste - it was, no doubt, medium lasting but very intense - more sweet but still nice. pivo (2685) - GERMANY - OCT 2, 2004
TAP at Delirium Cafe: Some orange peel, mustard and citrus in the nose - interesting start. Hazy yellow color and a sticky lacy head. Orange Fanta taste coming through, a little sour end with a tinge of bitterto conclude. Thin and refreshing. Some good qualities, but overall it doesn’t quite come together convincingly.

Mandarin beer (the only one I know of) with thin, snow white, coarse head and very pale yellow blonde colour with somewhat greenish hue, clear but hazy after adding the deposit, little sparkling but some large protein flakes show up in the end. Aroma of Mandarine Napoléon, apple peel, peach, gooseberry, rubber and cough syrup. Delicate sweetness in the onset (vanilla?) with a delicate, lively and incentive perfume of mandarin liqueur rather than real mandarins, light and smooth maltiness, low carbo and thin mouthfeel, light sourishness, finish with very weak floral hoppiness, not bitter at all, dryish and medicinal and otherwise rather watery. Another strange Mortal’s concoction, too bad they don’t exist anymore - I, for one, miss this brewery. Bov (13221) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JUL 20, 2007
cloudy lactic-orange colour, little white foam, aroma of tangerines, citrus and yeast; initially tart, slightly oily and very sweet; lot of residual sugars with more notes of tangerines fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 10, 2008
Cloudy pale blond color. Original, delicate aroma of tangerine and millefiori honey. Clean body, dryish, with a soapy touch. Correct bitterness. Quite refreshing and pleasant. oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUN 17, 2007
Bottled (5.2%). Hazy yellow colour with small white head. Aroma is flowery and mandarine along with some wheat. A lot of citrus along with slight wheatyness. Also quite bitter thing. BoBoChamp (5755) - Gent, BELGIUM - SEP 7, 2008
