Bottle from Mantra - clear orange with a white head. Has a nice sour fruit thing with out the burn of booze. Nice!

3.6
oobawa (1858) - Tennessee, USA - APR 28, 2017
Nice sour pale, not overly tart but strong and citric, a solid grassy, modestly toasted malt undercurrent adding a nice layer to the back end. Hops never really play a part, and the finish remains bright and yeasty, a lingering sourness helping the fade. Nose is mostly absent, but it’s a pretty pint, and the texture is spot-on. Tasty.

Bottle from brewery. Pours golden with a thin white head. Leaves trace lacing in the glass. Has some solid tartness on the nose. Crisp and clean on the tongue. Very quaffable. Kind of an introductory beer to the style.
