CAN. Golden in colour with little head. Sweet on the nose with caramel butterscotch traits. Really sweet upfront with a sticky toffee like after taste, hides the alcohol very well.

This is a nice double IPA. Not really sweet at all. The hop character is more that of a regular IPA. Floral with bittering hops. Overall quite good. A little light in color. Ibrew2or3 (8614) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - OCT 6, 2012
22oz bomber pours clear copper with a light tan head of foam. The aroma is thick with resiny hops coming from pine to grapefruit to a certain level of grassiness. As it warmed I started to pick up some floral hop notes. The taste is resiny hop richness nuanced by a modest malt sweetness. I get grapefruit, lime peel, grassy wet bitter hop leaves, a bit of dank earthy hoppiness and then it seems to get more resiny with robust levels of pine sap midway and into the finish. This is big bold rich and bitter with slivers of hop flavor here and there to keep it interesting. Dandy IIPA. fiulijn (20516) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 1, 2014

Light amber color, clean and bright, with generous compact head. Powerful hoppy aroma, classic, with a mild animal side. Full bodied but lean, not thick, with moderate residual sweetness, pleasant and not cloying; dynamic caramel and toffee flavor, compounded by a fresh jam fruity character; the bitterness is well controlled, and overall this beer has a good balance. Highly drinkable.
Can from The Wine Emporium 100914. This is a a big ballsy beer. Takes a bit to get through, chewy but good. dojken (550) - SWEDEN - DEC 5, 2015
Burk. Söt nästan för mycket. Bred smak med torkade fikon o dadlar. Smaken håller hela vägen fram till det bästa med ölen, eftersmaken. Finfin eftersmak. Maris (1514) - Canberra, AUSTRALIA - MAR 9, 2015
From a 355ml can on 9/3/2015. Pours a clearish deep golden with a small head. Has a pleasant nose featuring caramel, toffee and fruity hops. In the mouth, it’s malt forward with more caramel and toffee, along with sweet orange and heaps of honey. The hops have both a dash of grapefruit and resin in them, but this ultimately presents as more a dessert beer than a hop monster. . That said, it’s a damned nice dessert beer with definite barley wine notes. Has a thickish texture and soft carbonation. Hides the 9.7% very well. Quite under-rated on here in my humble opinion. UPDATED: SEP 21, 2015 12oz can, poured into a tulip glass on 03/05/15. Hazy golden amber colour with a thin white head. Aroma of citrus, hops and alcohol. Soft carbonation and a medium sized off-white head. Heavy hoppy bitter flavour with citrus, tropical fruits and sweet malt. Lovely. Lothore (647) - California, USA - MAY 17, 2015
Pours a crystal clear deep orange hue a 2 finger, off white, frothy head that leaves tons of lacing on the way down. Smells of caramel, resiny pine, citrus. Caramel, key lime, lemon peel, hints of vanilla, long lingering bitterness. Medium bodied with ample carbonation. Really nice dipa, can’t wait to try more from this brewery.
