COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian-style pale wheat ale is fragrant, dry and a touch tart. We brew it with coriander and orange and lemon peel to give it a distinct and delicious flavor.

Sampled at CBC, pours a hazy neon yellow with a ring of white head. Nose has coriander, curacao orange... WOO. Flavor follows, harsh, heavy coriander, banana too. Just overdone.

For whatever reason I dont like it. I think it would be much better if it was cold.

Can as a gift. This is cloudy yellow with a big head, certainly looks like a witbier. The aroma is not overly estery or sugary, just a stronger smelling wit. Tasteful orange and coriander back up clove, pepper, and wheat. Its full bodied but not heavily coating. Its not cloying, nothing is too potent. All the notes of a wit are just turned up a notch in harmony. Its pleasantly citrusy and spicy. The beer is well attenuated with a medium-dry finish.

Tap at Eclectic Urban Pizzeria & Taphouse, Albuquerque. Colour is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Wheat, spices and malts. Spicy strong witbier.

Can. Wheat malt aroma with notes of Belgian yeast, coriander and citrus. Pours cloudy pale golden colored with a thin, mostly non-existent white head that also has no lacing. Starts with wheat malt flavors and spicy Belgian yeast. Finishes dry, but smooth with coriander and bright citrus flavors coming through near the end. Pretty nice wit.

Can,pours cloudy light golden color, no glowing white color like a traditional wit. No head, no lace on glass. Aromas of banana esters, perfume, citrus and yeast. Tastes of sweet doughy bread, pepper, alcohol, wheat, yeast and zesty lemons. Under carbonated, creamy, slick mouthfeel, light to medium body and a dry, tart finish. This wit is ok but nothing special. Its to sweet and to boozy to be refreshing. The cloying sweetness is very annoying. More carbonation might help but maybe not. This wit was pretty good on tap back in the day. Popular hipster beer!

Nutty, citrus, slight herbal quality. Thick creamy head. Cloudy, tangerine appearance. Spicy on the palate, warm to swallow. Slightly bitter citrus peel flavors. Its fine for the style, I suppose. Not a spicy beer fan. The peppery burp makes my eyes water.

Beer #52 of NM 100. Sweet, unfortunately. But nicely yeasty. Sufficiently dry.

[email protected]: Tastes like Leinenkugels Summer Shandy even though it has no lemonade in it. Overall, not my style of beer.

Draft served in a flight at Ground Control. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a finger of soft, bone white head. Aroma of soap, wheat, coriander, florals, lemon, and bread. The flavor is the same. Really malty and doughy. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation. Worked well for me.
