Cask at the Birmingham Beer Bash 2013. Poured a clear light straw colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is grassy hop leading to a medium to strong bitter flavour with grassy nettle hops and loads of refreshing liqourice bitterness on the palate. A super refreshing summer ale.

Cask; bronze, clear, no head; intense citrus aroma and flavour; soft pink grapefruit, some peach; moderate bitterness; smoot, well balanced despite the hop prominence and very suppable; an excellent sub 4 percenter to start the day. JorgeLee (2165) - Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 24, 2013
UPDATED: JUL 18, 2013 Cask at the Euston Tap. At the lighter end of golden with a creamy white head. A fairly light and easy drinking but well hopped bitter, with citric notes and a pleasing bitter finish. Slightly idiotically I had the Marble Best before this, which was a much fuller flavoured beer and may have killed some of the lighter nuances of this one. Nevertheless a nice modern bitter.
Rerate from cask in the Southampton Arms NW5. Give this a score upgrade, very drinkable light but flavoursome dry hoppy butter. evergreen0199 (3441) - Northwood, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 20, 2013
Cask at Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico, London. A golden coloured pour with a small fluffy white head on top. Fruity, hoppy aroma. Tastes fruity, slightly hoppy, SOME tropical fruit, slightly sweet and medicinal. A little thin for my palate but it is only 3.9%. OK. AshtonMcCobb (6757) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 11, 2012
On tap @ Marble Arch. Pours golden with a light haze and a nicely proportioned head. The nose has definite signs of generous hopping with citrus and floral notes coming through. The taste has more of the same but with just a hint of malt and minerality. The palate is light to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a rasping clean finish. Overall, a well made beer which for my taste was slightly too bitter. oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - OCT 12, 2012
Beer Festival 2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and mild citrusy notes with some mild honey. Flavour is quite Simcoelike fruityness with mild floral and bready notes as well. Balanced.
