Sampled at GABF! Really thought this was pretty good. Chestnut/mahogany pour with a nose of oak, tart cherry, lemon, with a definite tannic quality. Flavor of red wine, wood, dark fruit, with a nice sour finish. Medium mouthfeel with low carbonation. Nice effort.

Fruity whisky aroma. Bronze coloured strong in alcohol and smooth on the palate with a little sour flavour in a dry and bitter warming malt finish. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JAN 7, 2011
